Mike has been a licensed real estate broker since 1981. He is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. In addition, he has been awarded the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member designation. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. A CCIM is among an elite corps as only 4% of commercial brokers hold the CCIM designation the "Ph.D. of commercial real estate." Since 1995, Mike has been helping dentists set up their offices. He formally worked in Dallas - Fort Worth as a dental equipment consultant and was trained in office design, ( using AutoCAD ), project supervision, arranging financing, and dental equipment selections. Mike was involved in literally thousands of dental office updates, remodels, setups or relocations in this capacity. Today, clients appreciate a real estate broker with the insights and perspectives that Mike's background provides. He is a graduate of the University of North Texas Business School. Who pays for your services?
We collect our fee by splitting the building agents commission. If we are not involved as the buyers or tenants representative, the building agent simply collects the full commission and you are not represented.
When should I start looking for space?
We can help you get into a space in a few short months but you need to begin the process at least 18 months prior to the expiration of your lease in order to leave all your options open whether that be a purchase or a lease.
